Callaways was acquired in 2008 by R W Hilder & Co who expanded the agency to cover a larger area adding new services including lettings and property management services. R W Hilder & Co Ltd is the parent company of Land & Brand New Homes and Callaways Estate & Letting Agents (Worthing and Brighton & Hove). Callaways now provide an extensive list of services and tailor these to your needs.

We are based in Sussex on the south coast with brand new offices in Worthing, and further along the coast in Hove. Our property team provides knowledge and experience to help build lasting and profitable relationships with both developers and house buying clients. We combine a wealth of experience and expertise across the fields of new and re-sale homes, letting properties, overseas property sales and marketing services.
